✔️ Eligibility for Returns
– Returns are accepted within 7 days 📅 of delivery.
– Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging 📦.
– A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required 🧾.
– Items purchased on sale, discounts, or special promotions are non-returnable ❌.
– Products eligible for return include those delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect 🚚❌.
⚠️ Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- ❄️ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
- 🛏️ Intimate or personal hygiene items
- 🎁 Gift cards
- 🎨 Customized or personalized items
💸 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- 💳 Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- 📧 For COD orders, a refund voucher or store credit equivalent to the return value will be issued.
- 🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a return handling fee may apply.

🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must initiate an exchange request within 7 days 📅 of delivery.
Email us at support@lushara.store with details and photos of the defect or damage to initiate the process 📷.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns
COD customers are required to prepay return shipping costs 💰. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of:
- 🎟️ A store credit voucher for the item value.
- 🏦 Alternatively, the amount can be credited to a bank account (bank details required).
⚠️ Please note: Return requests without prepayment of shipping costs will not be accepted.
📦 Shipping Returns
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility 💸.
– Use a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery 📮.
– Return items to: Lushara Store 📍.
For returns of high-value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance 🛡️. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift 🎀 at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
